We’re sure you’ll love our items, but if anything goes wrong with your order, know that you can return it hassle-free!
Just make sure that it is shipped no later than 15 days from the date of receipt and take care to package the item in the same condition in which you received it.
We will reopen it, check it and if everything is OK we will send you a confirmation email with details on the refund method.
To start with the return of an item, write us an email to info@saitta1960vintage.com, wait for our confirmation and follow the return instructions!
Conditions
- Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, with original tags intact and original packaging).
- Swimsuits cannot be returned.
- If you do not accept the refund you will have a credit equal to the initial cost. Once you have the credit, simply place a new order on www.saitta1960vintage.com
- Original shipping costs will not be included in the credit or refunded.
- Saitta 1960 is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT or duties that your country charges you as a citizen, for the importation of goods. If you receive an additional charge upon arrival, that tax is imposed by your country of citizenship on its citizens. It is not an additional cost that Saitta 1960 establishes or earns. Please check the import taxes and customs charges of your country, before ordering the items for import, so as not to have an unpleasant surprise upon arrival.
- Our return policy is valid within 15 days of receiving the goods. This means that your shipment must be made no later than 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return.
- To complete the return procedure, we request the purchase code in the request which can be made via email to our address info@saitta1960vintage.com
- It is not permitted to make a return without receiving authorization from Saitta 1960.
- All return shipments must be traceable. If your shipment is not trackable, we cannot guarantee that your return has been received and cannot issue a refund.
- Make sure you mark the package you are sending as “return of goods” and enter the following destination address: Saitta 1960 di Giulia Saitta, Via Nazionale n°326 – Cassibile (SR) 96100.
- If you refuse a shipment from Saitta 1960, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import taxes, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package.
- No warranty is expressed or implied as to the usefulness, or durability of any item. Check the conditions of the items you purchase carefully.
- By purchasing from Saitta 1960, you agree that Saitta 1960 is not legally responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur during the handling of the shipment.
- Due to the unique nature of Vintage garments, there may be imperfections and minor repairs.
- We have taken care of our garments all these years but we would like to remind you that some of them may have small signs of aging. If we have deemed them suitable for sale it is because we consider them trivial, but it is right that you are informed. We know you will understand 🙂
